Have you always wanted to read and understand Arabic on your own without having to rely on someone else? Avenir Souriant's Arabic for Non-Speakers program is specifically designed to take adult and teen learners (ages 16+) from absolute zero to independently reading Arabic texts, Quranic verses, and publications with clarity and confidence.

Led by experienced Arabic language instructors including Bashar Mashnouk — celebrated for a clear, structured, and accessible pedagogical style — this course eliminates ambiguity and breaks down Arabic phonetics, alphabet shapes, vowel markings (Harakat), and word structure into simple, actionable steps.

Classes are organized into dedicated cohorts: Sundays for Men and Thursdays for Women at our Saint-Laurent center (1325 Rue Cartier, Montreal). Tuition is set at a flexible $15 per session (or $150 for 10 sessions), operating on a true pay-as-you-go model: you only pay for sessions you attend, with no charge for missed classes! 10% discount applies for family members.
